Samuel Adam's Latitude 48 IPA just came to Canals last Monday and I remember I thought it was decent before but never took note on it for later on so I bought a six pack.
The mouth feel is medium and crisp like a heavy soda. Overall, this IPA is too malty to me because I taste the malts a little more than the hops. I also don't prefer a heavy floral and earthly hops combination especially with a caramel malt taste. It doesn't quite fit well together because this beer tastes more like a Pale Ale instead of an India Pale Ale. Sorry Boston Beer Company, but you need to try again.
originally, it was only available in a sampler case. so many people wrote to them that they had to sell it on its own. and thank god they did, that stuff is one of the better ipas out there
